Before the Event
1-2 Days Before- Read through any provided materials
- Prepare 3-5 main discussion points
- Create backup questions to spark conversation
- Confirm reservation time and group size
- Ask about any special instructions
- Get contact person's name and number
Day of Event - Early
30 Minutes Before- Check in with venue staff
- Identify reserved area
- Set up any materials or signage
- Arrange seating for good conversation flow
- Place TWD table sign
- Check lighting and noise level
During the Event
90 Minutes- Welcome each person as they arrive
- Facilitate brief introductions
- Review discussion guidelines
- Present topic overview
- Share initial discussion questions
- Gauge group's familiarity with topic
