TWD for Business
Get your staff talking to each other.
Ninety minutes with your team. A short video, then good questions. At your office or a venue. Drinks optional. People who usually stay in their lane end up in the same conversation.
Book a team sessionHow it works
Three parts. You pick the room. We bring the conversation.
-
We come to you
A TWD facilitator shows up at your office, or at a venue you like. You don't have to plan the conversation or brief anyone on how to behave.
-
A short video
Everyone watches the same clip. A few minutes, and the room has one thing in common to react to. The facilitator brings it.
-
Then the good questions
About 90 minutes of real talk. People who don't usually speak to each other get a reason to. No lecture after it.
What your team gets
Better staff unity, from a night people are glad they came to.
-
People who actually talk to each other
Not another meeting. Coworkers who only share a calendar invite get a real exchange.
-
Less siloing
The people on one side of the company hear how the other side sees it. That's the useful part.
-
A team night people enjoy
It should feel like a good night together, not a workshop they have to survive.
-
No awkward icebreakers
No name games and no trust falls. A short film, then questions worth a real answer.
Questions we can ask
Six conversations we can bring in. If your team is sitting with something else, say so below and we'll aim closer.
- Can every relationship be repaired?
- Why do we put things off?
- Would you lie to help a colleague?
- What is envy trying to tell you?
- What can you actually control?
- How do you actually apologize?
What it costs
From $1,500 for the evening, or $200 a person with at least 8 people. Most nights land between $1,500 and $2,500.
The evening
$1,500
One sum for the group. One session is enough.

A few things people ask

- Your office, or a venue you choose. We come to you.
- How long is it?
- About 90 minutes. A short video first, then the conversation.

- How many people?
- Enough to fill a room and still hear each other. The per-person price needs at least 8.
- Can we pick the topic?
- Yes. Choose from the list, or tell us what the team is actually dealing with.
